Head chef Daniel Joss & his team pay great attention in sourcing the best local suppliers to ensure we use only the finest quality ingredients.
You will encounter mouth-watering choices like a starter of marinated Cheltenham beetroot, goats cheese mousse, balsamic jelly with hazelnuts, or main course of roast Cornish loin, braised barley, chicken wing, smoked squash and BBQ leeks. To finish, the dessert menu promises blissful indulgence with the likes of blackberry & pistachio mousse with wild blackberries, fig leaf ice cream & granola.
For a more informal option, relax in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of our stylishly refurbished Brasserie bar, serving morning coffee & brunch through to afternoon tea & dinner. Enjoy favourites such as mussels in garlic and white wine and home-made Kings burger, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion jam & coleslaw.
